TREATMENT ROOM UPDATE

• Nicky Jones - suffered a strained medial ligament of his left knee against Pontypool and has just started running & if all rehab goes according to plan will be available for selection in another 2 weeks.

• Rhodri Wells - jarred his shoulder against Bedwas and was unavailable for the Llanelli game but is looking to commenced training on 12th Jan.

• Chris Shelmerdine - sustained a left hip flexor injury against Bedwas and was unavailable for the Llanelli game but commenced training on 5th Jan.

• Dai Watts - compressed his sterno clavicular joint in training prior to the Llanelli game and was consequently failed at a late fitness test prior to that game.
