Two tries by Aaron Warren meant Swansea fell to a 15th successive defeat to bogey side Llandovery.
The Whites almost capitalised on a poor mistake by the Drovers backs straight from kick off as they tried to run from deep, but centre Jedd Evans lost possession on the line. The visitors threw the ball out wide and looked to counterattack, but a forward pass brought an end to the move.
Full back Kristian Jones found a gap in the Swansea defence to race up to half way and fly half Jack Maynard found touch on the twenty-two. Number eight Duane Eager rose high to collect the lineout, but his side were unable to recycle possession from the maul. It came to nothing for the visitors though as they conceded a free kick at the scrum.
The visitors took the lead thanks to a quick tap penalty by Lee Rees, who raced through a gap before throwing a long pass out wide for winger Harri Doel to back his pace and score in the corner. Maynard missed the conversion.
The home side were penalised for speaking out of turn and Maynard chipped the penalty to the corner. From the lineout lock Jack Jones was driven up to the line, but Swansea secured a vital turnover at the maul.
A superb dummy by Maynard bamboozled the Swansea defence as he raced upfield, but Kristian Jones and Doel were crowded out into touch a few metres shy of the try line.
A high tackle by lock Tudor Hughes on hooker Matthew Moore gave Maynard a penalty chance, which he duly converted.
Doel looked set to score again in the corner from a counterattack, but a superb last ditch tackle by number eight Morgan Morris bundled him into touch.
Centre Rhodri Jones powered towards the Swansea line, but the supporting flanker Stuart Worrall spilled the ball forward with the whitewash at his mercy. The home pack were pushed back over their own line from the defensive scrum, giving Llandovery an attacking platform, but it came to nothing.
On the stroke of half time fly half Foard Cooksley made a line break in the Drovers’ twenty-two, but Evans was unable to keep hold of the pass.

The elusive Maynard raced through a weak tackle and found Berian Watkins in support. An outrageous dummy by the prop set up an attack, but Evans was penalised for offside. Maynard kicked the resulting penalty goal.
Doel cut through the Whites defence again, but failed to get his pass away as Swansea managed to get back to defend and clear the danger.
A superb angled pass by Eager to Evans saw the centre sprint up to the twenty-two, before Morris was brought down a metre short of the line. But Swansea got quick ball out wide for winger Ben Cambriani to score.
Cambriani showed a sharp turn of pace on the wing as Swansea began to fancy their chances, but Evans chose the wrong option as his chip through bounced over the dead ball line.
Carson was sent to the sidelines for ten minutes for preventing a quick penalty and Maynard found touch on the twenty-two. However, the Drovers pack were unable to get the ball out of the maul.
The visitors bagged a second try when Rees took a quick tap penalty and found winger Aaron Warren, who stretched over to score. Maynard converted.
Swansea hit back immediately through prop Mitchell Walsh, who powered over from close range after hard work by the pack. Manley missed the conversion.
A solid scrum by the visitors created an overlap out wide and Warren profited with his second try to seal victory. Maynard missed the conversion.
